The room was alright! Furniture needs updated. Bed was kinda comfortable, pillows were like bags of clay. Wife had never been to S. Beach so stay the night before a booked cruise! Loved the older building and the deco! Great location! Price advertised was $100 a night, but clicking on it was $147, but after everything and having to book larger room because all else was taken, wound up $247 But it was a large room and spacious! And room overlooked the strip!
Better pillows, couple of comfortable chairs to sit on and wife says a couple of through rugs over tile floors!

The view was good, We could see the beach just a little because it is not very close to the beach for having a great view.
The elevator was not operating so, we needed to carry our stuff up and down stairs. We needed to pay $40 for parking.

Good location, hotel questionable
Location great, rooms up to date
Lobby smells like an old castle, the lift is dated 1940s, dangerous and scary, staff do not seem to care, a/c not controllable within rooms and was -0•f. 3 year old Son was frozen to the bone with just a thin sheet for bedding. Extra bedding given (when asked to turn AC down) was smelly cover didn’t use due to the cleanliness issue. 18 year old Son sat on a chair in the lobby and a pain of glass from a table top just fell onto the floor (thankfully didn’t smash) it wasn’t glued on or anything, if was my 3 year old walking by, this could of been a very diff issue! Used valet parking $40 for the night, could return within this cost - was told keys would be behind desk when we needed them, thankfully didn’t request until the next morning on check out, the keys were not there, worker had no idea where they were, thought our rental had been taken. Eventually located, in a locked box, 25 mins later able to leave the hotel without the car being brought to the front of the hotel as promised (available keys would of been sufficient)
